Does VERIFIED recommend or approve investments?

No. VERIFIED shows what it has checked about an offering and the parties involved. It doesn’t assess whether an investment is a good one, give financial advice or endorse any provider.

Can I invest through VERIFIED?

No. VERIFIED doesn’t accept applications or money for any investment. Always pay using details you’ve confirmed belong to the organization.

What if an investment isn’t listed?

It may not be registered on VERIFIED yet. That doesn’t mean it’s legitimate or not. You can check the provider, the person contacting you and the documents you were sent.

Why are some offerings not shown?

Wholesale or private offerings can be registered as restricted. They’re never shown publicly or in search.

How do I know if an investment is legitimate?

VERIFIED helps you check specific information about an investment, including the issuer’s identity, authorized representatives and registered details. These checks do not guarantee that an investment is legitimate, safe or suitable for you.

Can I check payment details before investing?

Where payment details have been registered and verified for an investment, VERIFIED can help you compare them with the instructions you’ve received. If no details are available, the payment destination cannot be confirmed through VERIFIED.
